Nicole embarked on her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2016, starting as a line technician. In 2020, she earned her Master of Criminal Justice with a concentration in applied behavior analysis from St. Joseph's University. Following her graduation, Nicole gained invaluable experience as a behavior analyst for four years before founding Footprints ABA Therapy. Her deep-seated passion and personal connection to helping children and their families with disabilities drive her dedication to making a positive impact in their lives.

Our technicians work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct behavioral interventions to clients, mainly individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. They implement individualized treatment plans, teach socially significant behaviors, and reduce problematic behaviors. RBTs collect data and document progress to create a supportive environment that promotes positive change. Their strong communication and problem-solving skills make them key members of the ABA team, committed to improving clients' lives.
