I started my journey in ABA in 2015 as a registered behavior technician (RBT). Initially, I earned a Master’s in Health Administration which has supported my skills to plan, direct, and coordinate services to provide quality care. To continue my work in ABA and provide clinical services as a supervisor, I earned a Master’s in Education and became credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
My primary experience includes working with autistic learners and their families in-home, clinic, school, and in the community. With training and insights from a diverse population, I teach caregivers how to use ABA techniques involving naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions (NDBI) to engage and support their child.
I was born in the Philippines, immigrated to the US at 4-years old, and speak Tagalog and Sambal. My multicultural background has helped shape how I practice. I pride myself in providing quality care that is inclusive, evidence-based, strength-based, and collaborative.
